“Firstly, let me reveal the true secret of this Airbnb: Prue and Mathieu. They are amazing hosts, thinking of every detail. They were able to organize beautiful charcuterie board with champagne waiting for our Arrival. Beautiful birthday cake and inhouse massages next day. Every request was met with grace and carried out with such care and attention to detail. Forever grateful for making this birthday weekend so special.The place itself is beautiful. It is so cozy and so warm. Feels like home right away. The fireplaces outside and inside added extra fun. The bath outside alongside fire pit in the evening was super relaxing . And lastly the pizza oven! What a fun activity !!! I cannot recommend this place enough. The real question we currently have is how quickly can we come back. Stay here ! You will not regret it.”

“Photos of the cottage do not do it justice (even though photos were beautiful)! Prue & Matthieu provided a very well-curated cottage, with very considerate and well-thought out luxury touches throughout. Loved all the Dinosaur Designs in the cottage! The pizza kit and pizza oven was a wonderful activity to include in the cottage and the outdoor bath was handy during our stay as it was warm weather. The record player completed the ambiance of the warm and inviting cottage (we might have picked up a new hobby). Cleanliness was top-notch and plenty of amenities included. Prue and Matthieu were very attentive and remained in contact with us from the beginning to end of our stay. Their recommendations for dining and activities around the area were all great. One of our top Airbnb stays ~ would highly, highly recommend a stay at Montpierre Cottage!”

“Stay here!!! The experience was amazing. Some stand outs include: the outdoor bath, fireplace, and leafy location. If you get the chance, take Prue and Matthieu up on their offer of an in-house dining experience. This is an extra add-on that was out of this world, a multi course menu catered to our favourite foods, paired with wine and simply divine! Food is their passion and it shows! “Prue and Matthew’s place is the perfect spot for a getaway to the mountains. We stayed for two nights but wish we could’ve stayed for a full week to enjoy everything the cottage has to offer. We couldn’t decide what was our favourite part: the stunning view from the deck, the comfortable bed, relaxing baths, taking a break from technology and chatting around the fireplace while listening to vinyl records. We also made some wood fired pizza with the complementary pizza kit and it was one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. We also loved the small touches that added a bit more luxury to our stay like the bath salts, snacks, selection of teas and even our favourite milk (Bonsoy). We’re definitely planning a return visit!”

“Absolutely gorgeous house. The interior design is just beautiful. Lots of 5 star touches like the huge bed, linen sheets, luxury coffee machine and fantastic kitchen for cooking. Beautiful wines to buy. The outdoor bath next to the log fire, what girl doesn't like that. Very sexy. My husband loved the rustic charm and the fact he could book eBikes and go mountain biking, both of us were very happy. 100% staying again!”
